After clicking on Reload Button, Unknown Error occurs

Hi guys,

I'm using Reload Button extension in one of my published reports. However, after the user click on the button and successfully reload the data, he can still see the app with his account, but the app shows "Unknown Error" from my side with my credentials. I'm wondering why this happens?

Any idea helps! Thanks in advance!

I am not finding much in terms of solution or troubleshooting for this error.   did it ever get resolved?

yes we started seeing it yesterday 7/26/2021 in our Feb 2021 P6 env, for multiple users, in multiple apps and have not found the root cause yet
