After create data connection in data load editor, the connection not appear in data connection section, why? or Can I fix it?

this is the step that I follow.

1.- Open de app with data load editor

2.- Click create new connection button

3.- fill the information

4.- Click Create button

5.- the connection was created, but the connection not appear as you see in the screenshot

6.- if I try to add again I got the error message

That means my connection was created successfully but not appear

I would check in the QMC (if you are using Enterprise) to see who the owner is. I would also check the security rules. It sounds like the connection is there but you are being blocked from seeing it due to a rule or ownership.

There was no change in the system neither on the server or the security rules and there is no evidence on logs what could have caused this. some days ago we available to see all connections and unexpectedly not appear.
