Allocate colors to name

Dear all,

as seen in the attached screenshot, I got two pie charts that are based on different measures but the same source concerning the names. I would like to constitute the same color for the equal names, so f.e. HUK-Coburg (seen in both charts) shall be orange in both charts. As depending on the filter I always get different insurances (the name givers), QLIK can use different colors when an other filter is set. The important thing is, that if both names appear in both charts thay have the same color.

Is there a formular I can set or do I have to put up dimensions?

Thanks for the replies,

Tom Müller

If you are using Latest version then you can assign color to Dimension Value.

You need to add it in Master Dimension and use that one in chart.

Else choose color by Dimension and Check Persistent Colors in Both Charts

Well the problem is, that the dimensions or the height of the values are different between the charts, so in one chart the name is the 3rd highest value while in the other chart it is the 7th highest.

I got your point and you're right, works like this. Thank you as always!
