Allow users to pull from data connection (folder) but not store to it

Hi experts,

I have created a folder connection and provided 'read' access to certain users. The goal is that these users can only pull data through this connection but not store any data to it. I remember in the Feb release it should work like this, as I needed to check the 'update' rights for users to be able to store data. Now we updated to April release but this doesn't work any more. Any ideas?

You should report this to regular Qlik support as a bug.

Hi,

As a heads up, Qlik Support indicated that this option isn't available yet but that the requests for this functionality is high so that there are working on a solution for this.
