Alternate State Differences

Hello I am using alternate state in qlik sense and I have a query.

I have two columns one is of month and their respective values.

Month	Profit
1-Apr-18	20000
1-May-18	35000
1-Jun-18	69000
1-Jul-18	15000
1-Aug-18	39000
1-Sep-18	78000

So I want to make an app in the qlik sense that uses the alternate states to find the difference between two selected months.

Suppose if I select Jun in State-1  and select Aug in State-2  then it subtracts the profit of Aug to Profit of Jun and shows the respective result e.g: State-1 .

Just like in below picture:

Help me to create this app

Maybe something like this - substitute in your state names

sum({State1} Profit) - sum({State2} Profit)
