I've got some professional users being able to create and publish apps and I wanted to have some users only being able to view published dashboards with an Analyzer licence.
However, when my Analyzer users try to access the published apps, they get an error message of something like "You don't have the permission to access Qlik Sense" - as soon as I allocate the a professional licence, they can see everything.
Since it's only a small number of named users, I manage them manually. I've added the users in the security rule of the stream and they are shown in the user access tab of the app - anything else that I forgot?
