Application not opening after login

Hi all,

Qlik sense public ip is hosted, am able to login and see all the application but when opening an app its stuck. No error showing.

Issue solved after enabling Websocket.

Can you please provide more clarity of what you mean "stuck"? Like it shows the infinity rain ( the circles) and never come up or blank page? I would check the Engines  and Proxy logs, and see if return any errors there.

Hi Gio,

Yes it shows the circles but not any reports.

Okay, thanks, then go ahead try once again: Open browser's dev tool ( press F5) > open the app > go in dev tool "network" and see where is it getting stuck. Also check the engine logs.

In dev tool - network , i got this . But in local its 200 ok.

  1. Request Method:
    GET
  2. Status Code:
    304 Not Modified.

Is this anything related with SSL certificate, i have installed a valid certificate also.

In Response Header,am getting this

  1. Accept-Ranges:
    bytes
  2. Cache-Control:
    public, max-age=3600
  3. Content-Encoding:
    gzip
  4. Content-Type:
    application/json;charset=utf-8
  5. Date:
    Sun, 16 Jun 2019 11:43:13 GMT
  6. ETag:

  7. Expires:
    Sun, 16 Jun 2019 12:43:13 GMT
  8. Last-Modified:
    Mon, 12 Nov 2018 06:35:50 GMT

Access control allow- credentials and allow -origin are missing.

I cannot tell what have you provided. Can you please provide a copy of the HAR file ( you can send it to me privately) .

Hi,

Ports 4243,4244 are not enabled. Is this issue because of that.

In the latest versions, we do not require port 4244... if that was the issue, then you would have the issue from opening the hub, not the app.
