Applications not visible to second root admin created by first root admin in Qliksense

Hello All,

I have changed service account on Qliksense services to a new userid. Let say intially services were running under: abc\user1, now services are running under abc\user2. My all services after changing service account is UP and running.

I have allocated root admin access to abc\user2. But being a root admin, i am not able to see the applications developed and deployed by initial root admin i.e. abc\user1. Can anyone let me know why is it so, even when abc\user2  has root admin access?

That is correct. Check the security rules and audit option from the qmc that will help to identify the rules that are blocking.

Another option, you can change the owner of the app  in qmc to the new user.

Hi All,

I'm a the one of the Admin user and we have user1 & user2.

I have made user2 also   as ROOTADMIN and now we want  the few apps(base apps for our Application) in User1 WORK to be see in user2 also.

We are unable to edit the CONTEXT of rootadmin under security rules to change it as BOTH.

Please help us.
