Arabic text with numbers making issue

Hello Experts

I have an issue with the Arabic text. The text is "5 أيام عمل"  that means "5 working days". 

The problem is, if you see the attached image, this is KPI object (Qlik Sense KPI object, not extension).  The number should start from right side, like in Title, which is correct but when you see in text, the number 5 shows left .

I want the text should show same like title.

I used google translate and pasted same in my title... I get below result

I tried in label, it doesn't work.
