Association two fields, one calculated

Hi, I'm trying to create an association between two tables.  Table A has state and date, the Table B has state and week ending date.  I created a calculated field for week ending date in Table A.  When I try to create graphs on date, it shows one of the data sets by time, and lumps the rest into a bar, as if the association isn't working.  Image below.

I created test tables joining on state and date, no calculated fields, and it worked correctly.  I also created test tables joining on dates, one week ending, the other calculated to week ending, and that worked fine.  Having trouble with both at the same time.

Hi,

Please note that the date in the chart of your picture is in a numerical format. Perhapsyou have is one of the two dates presented in the form of a number, the other in the form of a date. Then there will be no association between the tables.

How do I check?  They both show as dates in the association window.

Try something like:

Date(Trim(we_date)))
