Authentication problem Qlik Sense Desktop against Qlik Sense Enterprise server

Hi.

In the attached images is the problem I have to authenticate my QS Desktop against QS Enterprise.
Enter username and password and click the login button. It hangs, I click on the "Back" button, I go back, I hit the login button again and it enters without problems

Primero verificaría que el desktop y el server tienen la misma version

Gracias por responder. No, no tienen la misma versión ya que el cliente no renovó el mantenimiento y en mi pc estoy intentando actualizar la última versión del Desktop.
