Automatically Deselect (Unintended)

Hi All,

I'm experiencing a little phenomenon.

I'm trying to build a User Flow

  1. Select Product
  2. Then select EDM Campaign

The phenomenon is,

E.g. I select Product: 'ABC'

The EDM Campaign will filter itself based on a if(Wildmatch([EDM Subj],'*'&getfieldselection(Product)'*' ,[EDM Subj]

So I select 'Campaign 123 for ABC' from the available list.

Now it will automatically select alot of other Products after I made a selection for the campaign.

Actual Outcome= Product: 'ABC','DEF','HJK','XYZ'     EDM Subj:'Campaign 123 for ABC'

Intended Outcome= Product: 'ABC'   EDM Subj: 'Campaign 123 for ABC'

Any suggestions of where could have gone wrong?

End notes: the reason for selecting one product and one campaign is because, one customer may receive hundreds of EDM, and buy hundreds of Product.  And I will only attribute the conversion to the EDM, if the EDM selected results in a sale of the Product selected, within a certain time frame and that the customer clicked on the EDM.

Unfortunately, I'm working with company data, and can't share the info.

Just wondering what situation does Qlik Sense help you make a selection?
- Normally, it will just shows you "associated fields" rather than actually selecting it.

Not too sure how to find the answer to this.
