Suppose i have created one story by taking the snapshots.. now i want to export it.. do i require to create it again and again for updated data in charts used for data story??
A data story by definition is a snapshot in time. The next story you write may contain the same snapshots, new snapshots of the same charts or new ones. Or a combination of the 2 to show previous vs current. So yes you do need to create your stories each time as the start, middle and end may be different.
ok, is there any way to automate data and provide snapshots by updated data?
i have an requirement where i need to give the snapshot of dashboard on daily basis so my client wants either on web link he can see updated data in form of snapshot so he can download and distribute it else is it will automate to their inbox.
If hat is your requirement then QlikView is your best bet at the moment.
Where you can either leverage nPrinting add on as Martin suggests or create a send email trigger action in your document and fire it on reload of your document on server where you can include chart objects or excel files as attachments.
What you need here for your requirment is Nprinting as Andy Weir mentioned. i would suggest you to try the trial version of it to know about its capabilities.
