Axis synchronization in Qlik Sense Combo Chart

Trying to synchronize the Primary and Secondary axis in combo chart.
Tried adding constant min and max values but that is not helping for very low values.
Also tried to add dynamic max values but since the chart has 3 measures sometime the max value of one measure is less than the other two which causes chart to show very low axis range even though values are way higher.

Any help is highly appreciated.
