Is it possibile to change background color. Pastel colors instead of white.

Or apply themes?

everywhere,

people who see the graphics complain all an annoying use of " white color " . I would replace it with a theme or with pastel colors

You can change background color by selecting Sheet Properties->Background->Sheet->Color

Are you talking about Qlik Sense or QlikView?   At present in Qlik Sense you are not able to apply themes modify the CSS although they are working on it.
