I have active contracts by category that still have money available to be spent but once the contracts expire they are no longer valid and all the money on the contract is de-obligated. I would like to show how much money is available by category, the quarter and year when the contracts expire on a timeline, and when (quarter and year) the replacement contracts begin to include their values.
