Blank Page Qlik DataTransfer

Hello,
Recently, I created a qlik sense business account in the cloud, after I downloaded 
the qlik sense desktop version and I authenticated myself, until then everything is fine. After I installed Qlik DataTransfer, but when I open it I find a blank page, I checked the path
C: \ ProgramData \ Qlik \ DataTransfer \ DataUpload \ certificate
and I cannot find a certificate folder, I have tried to follow the steps on :

but it didn't work, no certificate folder is generated.

Has anyone ever had the same problem ?

Have you tried re-installing DataTransfer?

Yes, i tried it before, but it didn't work.

Here, the same problem.  I have tried with post

Hello! Did you solve this problem? I just installed QDT and I had the same problem. I installed it on a virtual machine owned by the customer and the white screen appeared and no certificate folder was creataed. Furthermore, I created a local virtual machine and the same thing happened. Something in common is that both machines are virtual. I also installed it on my Windows laptop and on an AWS machine successfully with no errors whatsoever.
