Can't able to open Hub

Hi Friends,

I can able to open QMC , but cant able to open Hub its showing error message like you dont have access pass.

I have checked in QMC , tokens are available and i verified in community also . we already configured proxy and had given IP and i have checked the option like Allow Http , but still its not working. I have restarted the services twice but no luck

Hi Janardhan,

Have you actually allocated a token to the user logging on?  Is the user logging in listed in the Users list in the QMC?

Hi ,

There are 10 tokens we have allocated the tokens to the users . I am attaching the image of License usage summary.

And i have one more doubt , Quarantined license it is not releasing the license . it is showing usage out of 10  ,7 is allocated.

How to release that Quarantined license.
