Probably are now ports blocked (and maybe other configurations, too like IP white-listing or the domain changed), see if this is helpful for you: QlikView Ports.

What had changed - proxys through which your network-traffic is routed or global settings within your server environment like IP, server name, domain?

It was a bug I had to reinstall QlikSense.

We tried to simulate the fautl without sucess, so we just reinstalled it

Hi Felipe,

After you reinstalled qlik sense, do you lose your developed apps? Are apps saved in the server somewhere?
