Can't download Qlik Sense to update the App

Hi Community,

I can't seem to be able to download Qlik Sense exe files from the Download Site. 

When my colleague navigates to Downloads from this page (https://support.qlik.com/qs_home_page), he can see the Download Site with all the packages and release versions but I can't.  I'm thinking it might be related to my account's access but not sure what to do.

Could you please help me with this?

You'll probably need to reach out to your Account Manager at Qlik to get your user added to the company's account. If your profile isn't linked to your company's account, you won't be able to access the page. Your colleague's account is probably already linked.
