Can't install Qlink Sense Desktop

Hello guys !I'm new here.

Whenever I try to install Qlink Sense Desktop the following window pops up and I don't know how to proceed forward

Hi Chris,

On which OS are you installing this? And have you tried it, if you're on Windows, to install it as Administrator?

Windows 10 Enterprise x64 and yes I also tried to install as administrator
and the same thing pops up.
