New to Qlik Sense

My development team has content admin access and Developer license in Qlik sense

We are unable to share app/publish to stream.

Can you please suggest the required roles for developer license user to create app, upload data, create streams and publish app to streams .

content admin should be able to do exactly what you described crate and share content 
what errors do you get

Team is unable to publish apps to stream when the role is content admin.
If the role is root admin it does work as expected.
Please suggest
