New to Qlik Sense

Hello Team,

We need to use the Published qlikview(QVW) application in Qliksense using Binary load. 

The connection was created to the Published applications folder path.

But, when i reload its getting failed. 

1) Any idea why it is failing ?

2) If we binary load the published qvw to qliksense , will all the variables created in qlikview available in qliksense ?

HI,

Yes you can do a binary of QlikView application in Qlik Sense.

1. Make sure that the Binary load statement is the 1st statement in the script.

2. When you do a Binary load it will just load the data model and no variable will be passed in QlikSense.

If you want to use the Data Model and the variables, I recommend using the QlikView Convertor facility to create a new Qlik Sense app using the Qlikview app.
