Cannot start Qlik Sense Desktop June 2020 sr3 after successfull install

Hello Guys,

I have upgraded my Qlik Sense Desktop to june 2020 SR3 successfully. 

I have a client authentication link from my Qlik Sense Administrator, but when I click the authentication button in Qlik Sense Desktop the whole thing crashes. I have tried with all versions of June 2020, but no avail. None of them work with this new Client Authentication. 

Somebody can give me some insight as to how to resolve it or i have to raise a support ticket?

I have tried everything.

Uninstalled everything completely, installed the latest working version didn't work. 

Now I read in a document by @Jamie_Gregory

I installed patch 2 of June 2020, but I still receive an error that ' Client authentication failed

Hi ,

I downloaded the latest version (June 2020) from  settings in qlik cloud and after installation I clicked on authenticate in the settings of cloud and was able to login the desktop version with my cloud account .

Hello @Shilpa16  My client is using Qlik Sense Enterprise( I am requesting authentication link from there.).

@tomovangel Can you verify they set your user up with a professional license in the QMC?

Hello,

I have a team of 3 users who are unable to authenticate against a authentication link generated from QAP server.  This problem occurred today for ALL users.  There was no problem on Friday.  We are on various versions of Qlik Sense desktop.  Is there a fix for this issue?

Update.  I have uninstalled my previous (Feb 2019) installation of Qlik Sense Desktop, and installed an April 2020 version, patch 3.  Still having the same problem.  This is an urgent business issue.

Hello @Jamie_Gregory  , the license on the qlik sense business is november 2018( which still doesn't have the professional/analyzer accesses logic), the server has a lot of built in custom functionalities and we are trying to avoid updating of new versions as we will lose some of those customizations we made for the client.
