Cant export to JPG and PDF

Hi Experts!

I am unable to export some graphic to JPG,PNG and all my report cant export to PDF

I do can export to excel for example

This happend accesing web and recently I upgrade the server version to April 2019(patch1), previous i have installed February 2019 and WORKS OK!

I do not have any error, only "load" and stay here(attached and image)

So far I so not see any issues with April 19 P1, I would check the printing service logs and see what could be the issue. 

C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log\Printing\Trace
