Change title of table as per filter change

I want the title of the pivot table to change automatically as the selection through filter changes.

In filter pane I have 2 dates 28/2/17 and 31/3/17

The title of the table should be "Report as on 28/2/17 " and  "Report as on 31/3/17" as the selection changes.
