Chart Background color change based on a condition - Please refer which chart to use

Hello folks,

I would like to show two different chart background colors based on the selections in the Dashboard. 

Can anyone assist me to do this. It would be great, if you can suggest which chart to use for my current requirement.

Yes we have the option (Background Color) in Button Chart, can I write a condition for "Eligible" and "Not Eligible" which are my measures.
