Color Issue while exporting maps

Hi, I upgrade the Qlik Sense with latest software. After successfully installed, we download and exporting the maps the background map is missing but the points alone able to see in ppt. Kindly suggest.

Do you have any network proxy applied? It may block the map to get printed though you will still be able to see the map in the dashboard.

If so, you may add the proxy in service config file as advised in the article:  Qlik Sense and Qlik NPrinting: Export of maps does not work when using a network proxy

Yes. Already I have applied the changes.

But still facing the issue.
