Color cell formatting

Hi there, 

Looking to colour format a table.

Color format, reads if field KPI_Baseline greater than field KPI_result, red colour, otherwise green.

Formula:
If(sum(KPI_baseline)>(KPI_result), RGB(255,0,0), RGB(0,255,0))

seems to go round in circles. 
Could anyone help?
