Color text by expression (when will it be possible)?

I'm currently creating my own version of narrative to describe some charts :

For the curious ones out there; It's a combination of variables :

But as you can see; I can't color the numbers (green if positive and red if negative..) and this could be a "life changer" since the goal of each chart / narrative is to directly show the result in an obvious way !

The question is: when will this be possible? I mean the ability to color text objects by expression?
