Column hiding based on selection Qlik Sense

Hi,

I need to show total amount in straight table based on region most used & region Less used.

when region most used is selected, i have to see error message if region less Used selected.

I should not see region most Used and less used in a time. 

i have many other fields of most/less used like state country, so unable to give getselectedCount()=1 and field selection should be one always.

is it possible to achieve with getfieldselection() or getcurrentselection(), help with expression!!!
