Combo Chart: Force line chart data point to appear and appear on top of each data point

Hi all, would like to know if it's possible to do the following questions for the combo chart line chart:

1. Force all data point labels to appear 

2. Force all data points to appear on top of each data point instead of currently it being responsive and appearing both bottom and top.
