Community Bookmarks Disappeared for our users

Hello All,

In one of our apps, our users used to have a bookmark section that is called "Community Bookmarks" where they could share published bookmarks with each other:

It has disappeared from our users.

Only the developers can see it.

This makes me think the it has something to do with a certain security rule but i could not find it.

Could anyone help with what might let the users see the "Community Bookmarks" again?
