Compare and contrast Qlik Sense Desktop vs. Qlik Sense Server Development.

I saw few threads with the same query,but I didn't find much information,so can you please provide your inputs based on your experiences.

Hi,

let me offer my two cents:

- for the most part, the development process on QS Desktop and QS Enterprise are nearly identical.

- having said that, if you have access to both tools, I'd recommend to develop on the server (Enterprise) because you enjoy shared development environment, shared data connections, advanced security, better ways of managing your media library, and many other subtle advantages

- The only advantage of using QS Desktop, on the other hand, is the ability to develop while being disconnected from your QS server. So, in case remote development is a big issue for you, you might opt for that option. However, you can't work with Section Access on the Desktop, so that's a problem that can't be resolved...
