Compare matches Values from a current / previus month

Hi everybody, i have been facing this problem: I want to compare, the same (matches) values/items that I have from the current month to the previus, for example: I have this datatable: 

item	jan	feb	Acum
a	1	1	2
b		1
c	1
d	1

real table I want:
item	jan	feb	Acum
a	1	1	2

i want to know who values past from a month to another mont, and the acomulation of that matches values
