Complete A Calculation Based On the Denominator

I have an inline-table that is basically this:
FY Hospital Budget Name:
2020 System 4.5 Hospital System
2020 Hospital One 3.2 Eastern General:
2020 Hospital Two 6.5 Western General:
2021 System 4.9 Hospital System
2021 Hospital One 3.6 Eastern General
2021 Hospital Two 6.7 Western General

I have set the Denominator to be the Name of the Hospitals.  My first issue is that, because there's more than one Fiscal Year listed, the Hospital Names are appearing more than once.
How do I resolve that?

My next question is that every measure is summing to the same amount when I want them to sum based on the Hospital Name. I want them to sum based on the denominator value.  I have variables for each hospital to summarize only for their own information:

exp_CMIActualHospitalOne  = Sum({$<Entity={'HospitalOne'},$(vDateToggle)>} CMIActual)

I'm not sure how to either utilize the variables I created or recreate the variables, but in either case how do I get the expression to use the value of the denominator to choose the data to summarize?
