Conditional Hide detail in Nprinting

I have a pixel perfect report that I need to hide a detail lines whenever the Amount Due = 0.  I went to the formating rule editor for the detail band and created a rule  Iif([DueAmount] > 0, True ,False ) and applied the rule and it is not working.  Can someone please let me know what I am doing wrong or what is the right approach?

I was hoping someone had a solution for this issue that I posted over a week ago.  I am still stumped, your help is desperately needed.
