Conditional colour formatting calculated measure/attribute

I would like to apply conditional colour formatting in my (pivot)table for a calculated measure/attribute.

I understood you can do this in "Background Color Expression" under the attribute measure? Though my condition is not straightforward as well as it is for a calculated attribute.  (see attachment for the explanation) How to set up the expression?  And how to create faded colors?

Wow I am so impressed @ArnadoSandoval ! It is a very challenging case! Thank you for that.  I need some time to go through all  your steps.  Though my thoughts are also that conditional colour formatting should be a bit more intuitive functionality in Qliksense. In excel with a few clicks it is done. Maybe I'll share those thoughts with the QlikSense team. @Michael_Tarallo  can you look at this topic?

I agree, it was not straight forward solution, nevertheless it was possible to do; keep in mind that Qlik is always improving, they are introducing more coloring features on measures, perhaps handling scenarios like yours could become part of those new features to come, I am glad that you escalated this with @Michael_Tarallo

To be fair with Qlik, its Master Item Measure has a feature allowing gradient color, but it is not flexible for your requirement, still, it could be helpful in a different scenario.
