Connect QlikSense Cloud to FTP for data extract

Hello,

I would like to know if it is possible to connect QlikSense Cloud to an ftp for data extract? I have read it is on the roadmap but not available yet.. Is it correct?

Is there a workaround please?

Hi @MohamedELH!

There is currently no FTP connector for Qlik Cloud, if you'd like to have that implemented please vote this idea by liking it or commenting it.

Possible workarounds:

1. Use Qlik Data Transfer to publish the data to Qlik Cloud
2. if you have access to Qlik Application Automation (e.g. if you have an Enterprise subscription, or if you have bought it separately) you can create an automation that copies the file to a supported location (Dropbox, OneDrive, or more), and have the Qlik Sense App reload from there
