Connect an App with EXCEL

Hello,

i would like to connect my Excel-Sheets (which are located on my local computer) with my Qlik Sense App. 

Additionally the qlik app should update the data whenever i open the app. 

Can i write it in the Data-Editor? Or do i need a Cloud-Connection?
