Connection Lost, make sure qlik sense is running properly
I have installed Qlik Sense on AWS server and published an app, suppose "ABC" and provided the access in "User access allocations". Until last night, the user and admin both were able to access that dashboard but today I am getting the error "Connection lost. Make sure that Qlik Sense is running properly.If your session has time out due to inactivity,refresh to continue working ".
I have white listed Public IP, Private IP and Computer Name. I have all 80,443,4244 and 4248 open.
Can anyone help me find the solution to this please.
