Connection to the Qlik Sense engine failed for unspecified reasons

We are getting an error while loading the hub but hub can be accessed on the server where Qlik Sense is installed.

Additionally we have tried several solutions stated on the community but nothing  worked.

Here are few things we tried

  1. White listed the host IP
  2. Turned-off the firewalls
  3. Moreover, we allowed http with the port 8080 and white listed it.

Hey Chandimal,

What happens if you try with the server FQDN instead of the IP address? Same error?

Also, is the issue occurs randomly ? or all the time ? Are you able to access https://192.168.40.137/qmc ?

I was finally able  to sort the issue
