Controlling the way filtering works from one view to another

When I have two views on a dashboard, clicking one view always filters another.  Suppose I want to control this behaviour - how do I do this?

I might want to use view A to filter view B, but leave view C untouched, or I might want to highlight view C.  Can I do this?

Do you mean to have different Selection States as in QlikView (Alternate State)? This is not possible in this Version.

Well,

You could use set analysis in the expressions of the charts to make them show only what you want to show, but make sure the user will understand what they are seeing (i.e.: why selecting a value in a filter does not change all objects).

Note this is not QlikView.
