Convert EpochTime to Date

Hi

I got this TiemStamp: /Date(1577786746000+0100)/ from an API, according to the manual the date is in "epoch format". The date that matches this sting: /Date(1577786746000+0100)/ is: 12/31/2019 11:05 AM. 

Can someone give me a hand to convert this date into this format: DD/MM/YYYY hh:mm.
