Couldn't able to access the Qliksense hub or qmc with server name

Hi Everyone,

There is a scenario that my qliksense hub , applications, QMC can be accessed from outside server network with server ipaddress (for  example: https://50.50.500.50/hub/my/work,https://50.50.500.50/QMC)  .

when I am trying to access the Hub, QMC with servername(for example: https://win-abcpqr/hub/my/work  ,https://win-abcpqr/QMC) . i couldn't able to access from outside the server network. where as i can able to access the qmc and hub while logging in browser inside the qliksense server.

please find the attached screenshot and help in resolution.

Use the fully qualified domain name and make sure your server can be reached from outside your internal network.

As mentioned in other thread, win-abcpqr wont be accessible from outside AWS.

Check the default domain name given by AWS to your EC2 instance( e.g ec2-54-152-134-147.compute-1.amazonaws.com)

Add this to  your host white list in proxy and then you will be able to access the server with  https://ec2-54-152-134-147.compute-1.amazonaws.com/hub
