Count using Conditions

I am New to Qlik sense. Need your Help!

I have a Table attached below. I want to display the count of females below age 40 are single and is a homeowner something like this.

{<Gender={'F'}, Age={"<40"},  MaritalStatus={'S'}, IsHomeOwner={'1'}>}

FirstName)
