Coverting Week(+ Year) to a date (Start of week)

I'm new to Qlik Sense.

I have data from a Excel sheet which contains a Week field and a Year Field.

To make things easier for working with dates I try to convert the Week number to a Date field (For example the start date of that week)  within the Data manager, how can I do this in Qlik Sense?

use MakeWeekDate() Function

MakeWeekDate(YearField,WeekField)

I'm using QlikSense Desktop 3.2 SR4, but it does not recognize the "MakeWeekDate" command. am I missing something?
