Crash Qlik Sense

Hi all,

Have regulary crashes with Qlik Sense. It starts with only one App. The App is not responding and stays in the status like picture below. All other Apps will work fine. And then, later at some point the hole Sense on the Server crashed and all Apps and Services has disapperad for some minutes.

Would like to find out the reason. Is it lack of memory, cpu etc.? Qlik provides a standard report "Operations Monitor". There are a lot of metrics I can take a look. Which one should I keep a close eye?

What else should I do? What is the best strategy?
