Would anyone know why the menu option is reduced in Qlik SaaS

I would like to create an app but I don't see the option

I have all roles enabled on the Console, including Tenant

and the license is valid, but not all possible Create application options appear in the menu, why is this happening?

It was because the professional license is not marked.
