Create triggers for update my dashboard every day at 10 PM

I have created dashboard. I have 3 apps (Extarction, Transformation, Dashboard). I need to update my dashboard every day at 10Pm. Please suggest me, How can i create the triggers for that,

My app names are: APP1, APP2, APP3

You can navigate Qliksense QMC portal and go to tasks.

Http://Your servername/QMC

Here  you can create / Schedule tasks. first you can create a task for APP1 and based on the successful run by APP1 schedule reaming APP2 and APP3
